The Rules

Slipping Squares has the following rules:

• each player (you and the computer) takes turns making a move, starting with you
• you are allowed to move only the blue squares
• the computer moves only the green squares
• a move consists of swapping the empty cell with one of the cells next to it
• to swap them, the two cells must share a side
• the game is lost by the player who can no longer make a move
