Moto Racer - The Rules

Moto Racer is a motorcycle race against the clock. The track is divided by four checkpoints and a finish line, and you have 30 seconds to reach the first checkpoint.

Every checkpoint you reach adds another 30 seconds to the time you still have left, so a fast section leaves you more time for the next one. If the clock runs out before you reach the next checkpoint, the race is over.

You score points for the distance you ride. At every checkpoint the time left on the clock turns into a bonus - one point for every thousandth of a second - multiplied by the number of the checkpoint, so time saved late in the race is worth more. Crossing the finish line also earns a finishing bonus of 50,000 points.

Stay on the road: riding on the grass slows you down, and running into the objects along the roadside slows you down even more. Watch out for the other riders too - running into one from behind brakes you, and touching one from the side pushes you off your line.

When the race is over you see the time and the bonus of every section, together with your total score.

Moto Racer - How to Play

Use the Up arrow to accelerate, the Down arrow to brake and the Left and Right arrows to steer. Press P or the space bar to pause the race, and Esc to give it up.

Accelerating before the start signal does not move the bike, but pressing and holding the Up arrow during the last second before the signal gives you a faster start.

On a phone or a tablet, use the round buttons on the screen: the two arrows on the left steer, the big pedal on the right accelerates and the small one next to it brakes. The race is played in landscape mode: if the device is held upright, the game asks you to turn it and starts or continues on its own as soon as you do.

The Pause button interrupts the race, the Sound button turns the music and the engine noise on or off, and the Fullscreen button gives the race the whole screen.
