Lights Off - The Rules

The Lights Off game has the following rules:

• the purpose of the game is to turn off all the lights on the board
• clicking on a square switches its lightning state
• clicking on a square also switches the state of its Nord, South, East and West neighbors
• all the levels are randomly generated, but they tend to increase in difficulty
